Monthly social media clients receive 50% off day rates for scheduled content days + have special access to discounted portrait sessions, sale photos, and fine art sessions for them & their clients.
- Travel Costs - Any travel-related expenses (mileage, flights, hotel stays) must be paid by the client in advance of the session.
- Post Approval - All posts will be submitted to the client for approval. Clients have 24 hours to approve; if no approval is received within that time, the post will be marked as a missed post and no discounts or credits will be given.
- Revisions - One round of revisions is included per post (such as caption tweaks or light edits). Additional revisions will incur extra fees.
- Rescheduling & Cancellations - Content sessions must be rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting that month’s session without refund.
- Usage Rights - Clients receive full commercial use rights for all delivered content. AJ Equine Media retains creative copyright and may use any produced work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
